Disconnect the platform
First, revoke KZAR's access from the connected platform when you can. This immediately stops future access through that authorization, subject to the platform's processing time.
- Facebook and Instagram: remove the KZAR application from Facebook Business Integrations or the connected-app settings for the relevant Instagram account.
- Google and YouTube: remove KZAR from Google Account permissions.
- TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Reddit: open the platform's security, connected apps, or authorized applications settings and revoke KZAR or the applicable KZAR application.
If you cannot find the connection, contact us and identify the platform and account handle. Never send us your password, verification code, recovery code, access token, or private key.

Request deletion from KZAR
Email info@kzar.io with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include:
- Your name and the email address used with KZAR.
- The business or organization name, if applicable.
- The platform and account username, Page, profile, or channel you want removed.
- Whether the request covers social connection data, an inquiry, a Digital Presence Review submission, client records, or all personal information KZAR controls.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester owns the email address, account, or organization. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. The period may be extended where permitted by applicable law, and we will notify you if an extension is needed.
KZAR will not enable YouTube for account owners until the KZAR Social Disconnect control can send the revocation to Google immediately and begin deletion. Once that verified mechanism is available, related Authorized Data will be deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. If you revoke KZAR's access through Google Account permissions, KZAR will delete related Authorized Data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days after KZAR receives or identifies the revocation.

What we delete
For a verified request, KZAR will delete or de-identify the personal information and authorized social data it controls that is covered by the request. Depending on the service, this can include stored access or refresh tokens, social account identifiers, profile metadata, cached content or media, publishing records, analytics copies, inquiry details, and form submissions from the Digital Presence Review, the Brand Identity Builder and the contact form. Form submissions are stored by KZAR & CO on Cloudflare and kept up to 180 days unless they become a client engagement. A verified deletion request removes matching submissions from that store.
We may retain narrowly limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, enforcement of an agreement, or proof that the request was completed. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups rotate.

Provider-held data
Deleting KZAR's copy does not delete content, account data, or logs controlled by the social platform itself. Use the platform's own deletion tools or contact the platform for that data. Revoking an app may not delete posts that were previously published with your approval.
